Aerobics Workout

 Aerobics workout is most commonly known as cardio. These are cardio vascular exercises that mostly includes walking, swimming, running, etc. These exercises are quite different from those exercises that requires a sudden burst of energy and these are called anaerobic exercises. Some good example of these exercises is burst running, Weightlifting, etc.

The main difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercises is that the former can be performed for a long period of time. Whereas the later can be only be performed for a short amount of time. Either way both are quite effective workouts that you can perform.

There are no specific muscles that Aerobic workouts target. Overall the whole body is worked upon by these workouts. The aim of these workouts is to keep you healthy. While performing these workouts the heart rate and breathing is increased and this indirectly results in calorie burning.

These workouts mostly keep your circulatory system, your lungs and heart healthy. Not only that it also lowers the chances of lots of conditions such as obesity, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, stroke and certain types of cancer. Walking also helps in reducing the chances of osteoporosis.
